Drivers side seat issue?

So I’ve had my ST for just over 30 days - It’s my wife’s DD, so I only have driven it 2-3 times, but I am pretty sure the look of the outer cushion on the drivers side isn’t correct - there is excessive wrinkles to me. Am I correct in what I’m seeing? Has anyone had something similar? First pic is drivers side, second pic is the same portion of the seat on the passenger side.

I would have the Dealer fix it under warranty. If first Dealer says it is 'normal' wear, go to another dealer. Might just need to be tightened up or replaced.
