I had a violent "curb too close" mishap. Got estimate from my dealer.

  • Left front knuckle is broken
  • Strut is bent
  • Lower control arm bent
  • Rear control arm bent
  • Tie rod ends need replaced

I just don't know how hard this repair might be for me. I have swapped out suspension on my Mustang, including strut assembly. The borderline is about at the point of pressing bushings out and in. That requires going to a shop and using their press. From what I can tell, the arms come with bushings installed.

Opinions? Details?

I would think you could knock it out. Swapping suspension arms are pretty straight forward and most come with bushings. The only part that may get sketchy is swapping the springs over.. but if you've done it before its easy.
