Dashboard Buzzing

2018 XLT 3.5 v6, 77k miles. Just developed a buzzing noise coming from within the dashboard. Sounds like it comes from both sides. Definitely not wind. Most noticeable at higher speeds, although does come on at lower speeds also. Sounds electrical in nature. A/C or radio operation does not appear connected. Any ideas where to look?
