Every time our ST is started the lifters are very loud which seems like a lack of oil in the top. I further assume if there is a lack of oil on the lifters there most likely limited oil in the turbos.
I can not find a oil filter system for THIS engine that will hole the oil in the top end. Does anyone know of a unit that can be put on the 3.0 engine?

The 3.0 engine doesn't have "lifters" per se. It does have a hydraulic lash adjusting mechanism. I am betting that you have a cam-phaser issue which is known issue on these and the 3.5 ecoboost engines.

As has been said, probably a phaser issue. What type/weight oil are you running and what are your change intervals?

Sounds like cam phasers as mentioned, mine was just diagnosed with it and awaiting some backordered parts still. Dealer said they had already done some on aviators.
