Buy a whole mirror or can i just get a new arm?!!

Hit a road barrel and cracked the bottom of the mirror. A whole new mirror is 900 and was wondering can i just buy the plastic and put the rest of the mirror in?

Can you buy a used one off e-bay and pull the part you need.

This one has the camera and projector light.

You can only get the whole mirror assembly.
