If you’re just looking for easy sound, the VTA mod is the best. Better then spending money on a new BOV.

His info says 2020 so he probably has the bypass valve like I had.

I have a 2020 and did the VTA mod. I don’t recommend it. They say it doesn’t cause loss of power but it felt sluggish to me so i hooked it back up. Got annoying anyways tbh.

I understand that but for only a couple dollars you can save money and have the same sound.

So it's about the sound or not ?

Yes, BOVs add zero power. The VTA mod is perfectly safe and doesn’t hurt power at all. There are a lot of variables that could’ve have contributed to a sluggish feel.

I have a 2020 and had the OEM bypass valve. When I installed the Fenfab charge pipes, I had to go to a BOV. I didn't want the sound but TBH, you can't really hear it unless you have the windows down, the radio off and you let off the throttle real quick. Otherwise you never hear it.

One last question

The Turbo Smart Dual Port Blow Off Valve has anybody experience check engine lights ?
I understand it can come back off if need to just concern.
I saw on the 21 Mustang GT a few people had check engine light come on at 75mph do to some type of air ratio or MAF sensor reading situation.

A mustang GT is a NA V8 so not sure what that has to do with anything. You won’t have problems as long as you purchase the correct BOV and install it correctly.

I've had it on for a while now and never had a problem. No check engine lights.
