The individual who thinks it's OK to make this kind of mess at the carwash. That will have to be swept up, or it will clog the drain.

I have 2 friends that own car washes like this. Both give high def cameras all over the place with signs saying they file charges for trashing the place. Both have done so and won damages many times.
Side note…the one in Michigan has a “regular” who uses the stalls for privacy to handle her own business…and it’s all on camera every time. lol
