Hey guys I’m looking to get an intake for my 2026 ST. I see a lot of the companies on their sites only go up to 2025 as an option. Are these compatible with the 2026 and if so which do you recommend for my year? Thank you!

I installed the SB intake on my wife's 26 ST. It fit perfectly.

Yes they’ll be compatible with your 2026. I’d go with the open filter intakes, they’ll sound great while the closed box variants are purely for looks.

I really dig the FENFAB V2, but be aware you have to buy the extra plumbing to avoid the CEL code that pops up from time to time. The sounds though, very nice.

What is this "extra plumbing" you're referring to?

Most of the 2025 kits should fit the 2026 just fine since there really haven’t been major changes to the engine setup on the Ford Explorer ST. A lot of companies are just slow updating their site compatibility lists.

I’ve seen a lot of people run the AFE, FenFab, and K&N setups without issues. Just depends if you want more sound, better airflow, or something closer to OEM fitment.

The ECUs on these cars are a little finicky with the dual filter open intakes, so there was a fix for some codes by doing different plumbing for the vacuum hoses to fix it.

You'll get a lot of mixed opinions here, and honestly, up to this point, unless you're really maxxing things out (aftermarket turbos, fuel system, etc.) you're not getting a ton of difference in performance variation from one to the next. Pick the one that you think looks the best and or sounds the coolest, and send it. I personally really like the FenFab, but I've had SB products in the past, and I have some CT Motorfab things now, and they're also quality parts makers.
