2025 Explorer ST Log Analysis — Not Ready, Need Advice

[ST data review]

Ran a log on my 2025 Explorer ST and had it analyzed.

Summary:

• Log quality: Limited
• Tuning readiness: Not Ready
• Risk level: Unknown
• Recommendation: Re-log with AFR / Lambda, knock-related data, and throttle position or load

Current setup:

• Cold air intake
• Intercooler
• Catback exhaust
• Livernois 93 tune

Car feels strong, but I want to make sure everything is safe before going further.

What channels should I be logging next time, and what’s the best way to capture knock data on these?

Setup sounds solid. I’d just add AFR/Lambda, boost, timing, throttle position, and knock retard next log. Also try to do a clean 3rd gear pull since it usually gives better data. If the car feels strong and smooth you’re probably in good shape.

Appreciate it. I’m still learning the best logging setup for these platforms, but the goal is making sure the data is complete before any changes are made. I’m trying to build a safer analysis-first process instead of just chasing power numbers.
