Yep, recieved the same happy email from Ford, placed an order and 2 months later still no parts available. As noted above, if you have heated seats - they are still on back order. More than frustrating...

Mine too, however I'd check in on the massaging seats. I don't believe they will be retro fitted, and instead you got a $300 discount on the premium package... If you signed two pieces of paper, one is for the climate controls, the other is for the heated seats. I'm coming to terms with the fact...

No - still have the hands-free tailgate, just the massaging seats missing. Pretty frustrated as I thought when I saw multicontour seats on the window sticker that they were included... Apparently the fact that the Premium tech package was $995 vs $1295, and thats how I should have known...

Hi Folks, been.lurking for a little while, picked up my 22 in white today, build date was June 2nd. Not only have they deleted the rear controls, but the massaging seats on the multi contour have now gone. Regardless, it's still a beast :)

News articles are indicating that Ford will retrofit when available... I expect that will be 2 years down the line, but was that part of what you signed?
