    Rear differential noise on decel

Flushed and changed the diff fluid today and added some Barsleak Gear Repair. The noise on decel is still there, it is a tad less noticable but very obvious still. From reading it seems like it's a pinion bearing issue at this point... Anyone know how hard it is to replace that? I can't even...

    Rear differential noise on decel

Currently at 101k miles on my 2020 ST and have had this rear differential noise for a while, probably the last 25k miles at least. It was noticable but just sounded like some road noise before. I recently put on a AWR diff brace and now the noise is MUCH louder as I assume it's transferring the...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Celebrated hitting 100k miles by finally getting a 93oct ZFG tune. Splashed a little E85 in and immediately went and ran a 3.86 0-60 on a full tank lol I can't believe it took me this long to pull the trigger on tuning. Can't say enough about Adam and ZFG, his tune is top notch and definitely...

    Ferrada F8-FR8 wheels installed

Two pics showing the amount of wheel poke. And here is a video I made today of full lock each direction and full lock in reverse to show there is no rubbing. https://youtube.com/shorts/UHwI35teyUk?feature=share

    Ferrada F8-FR8 wheels installed

It is a little wide but it's what I could make do for the time being. To get them to sit flush with smaller spacers I will have to get extended lug bolts.

    Ferrada F8-FR8 wheels installed

It's pretty much the same as the stock wheels were on these spacers

    Ferrada F8-FR8 wheels installed

Side shot like the last pic? Or you want a different one? I can confirm there is no rubbing even at full lock both ways. It's close but does not make contact.

    Ferrada F8-FR8 wheels installed

Finally pulled the trigger and bought wheels. I originally picked these out in 21x10.5 ET25 but wanted to be at ET30 so I decided to go with ET42 and 12mm spacers. Needless to say the 12mm spacers didn't work out. So.... Ended up with 21x10.5 ET42 AND still running my 1.25in Bora spacers. Tires...

    Wider tires?

So to update some people, 295s WILL go onto the stock 21x9 wheels; however, with bora spacers they rub up front... @UNBROKEN I know 21-22 x 10.5 with et 30 is the best fitment, but I found a deal on some 21x10.5 et 25, is that 5mm difference going to cause issue?

    Wider tires?

Went to my local dealer after 4 alignment attempts and showed them a screenshot of this..... they got it perfectly in spec afterwards lol

    Wider tires?

Well I order a set of 295/40r21 Lionharts just now. I will update everyone here with the fit on the stock 21s.

    Wider tires?

I will give this a shot when I put new tires on... Btw do you have any links or screenshots from the FB forum with people running 295/40 on stock 21x9 wheels? I don't have FB so when I search I don't get anywhere.
