    Warranty issue with aftermarket intercooler

So does a aftermarket intercooler violate the warranty in fords dealership eyes?

    2021 Vs 2022

So far I found this lift kit for 1.25” lift all around for 2020 explorer models. https://traxdaliftkits.com/product/2020-ford-explorer-1-5front-1-5-rear/

    2021 Vs 2022

I want to use parts from the timberline to see if we can make a “off road” explorer ST. I know with some of the older Explorers you could easily raise up about 1 3/4 to 2 inches. I think the issue here is our suspension maybe developing air bag ride that just lifts instead of lowering. Sucks you...

    2021 Vs 2022

So don’t ever get stuck with our vehicle? So much for trying to put all terrain tires on  Am I the only one who want to lift the explorer st? Haha I live on half paved roads and half dirt roads.

Pre orders Wide Body and Front Splitter

Is there a place to mount splitter holders? Since it’s need for high speed driving. I’m really interested for CF splitter.

    Gibson axle back exhaust review

Yup lethal performance is up charging Gibson. Not a bad choice for 600 because most axle back seem “lower quality”. I’m still a full catback kind of guy but the choices are slim.

    Any aftermarket intake void warranty?

I’m just curious on what have you experienced about taking in the vehicle to ford with a aftermarket intake? Does the warranty automatically get void?

    2021 Vs 2022

If the explorer was true permanent AWD the turn radius would be extremely awful but trying to pull a u-turn in 4WD is even worse unlike the bronco can actually lock the inside wheel to preform a tight turn or turn around a tree on a trail.

    2021 Vs 2022

Just don’t get stuck cause the vehicle will cut off power to the wheels and prevent any damage from accruing, so 4wd is still better for that kind of situation where the driver wants to control the vehicle in off road applications. I wouldn’t recommend going off roading in the ST due to that...

    MBRP Exhaust

they just deleted the flex section but still connecting from the dp. I haven’t heard the exhaust yet but would be cheap to get this exhaust and cut off the tips and add a custom resonator muffler with better tips.

    2021 Vs 2022

So the tires gradually spin from a stoplight in RWD and gradually sense the traction to active front tires to spin according to RPM/driving conditions/mode. So 4WD stays active only when needed, so that means loss of traction/weather condition. The 4WD won’t stay on when at higher speeds and...

    2021 Vs 2022

2022 has a standard option for RWD but still AWD is available for upgrade option. This is the only ford SUV thats not the intelligent 4WD cause of the ability to actually turn all four wheels at once going in a straight line in any condition but can adjust power to the wheels on a curve turn.

The screen needs to be replaced and update via usb or dealership, which ever is more convenient.

    Explorer colors

You have to see the forged green when it gets dirty because it becomes a different color as well. You’ll see some timberlines with the forged green but it ain’t no ST. Haha

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

BMW M/competition models get a full tune for the engine to be fully unlocked. You need to have a “break-in period” and you will have launch control active after the update. It’s probably a butt dyno effect after that. go to any JDM auction you’ll find plenty of rwd GTR. It be right side driver...

For those thinking about a "performance" exhaust system

heat has to be the enemy in this problem cause two turbo fighting to compete equally by trying to pulse the combustion fumes out through the exhaust manifold. I bet one turbo runs slower just to balance out the turbo. That is my hypothetical guess.
