I was installing the all weather floor mats I just purchased and noticed the carpet floor post right where you get has shifted and is loose. I assume it’s the way people have been getting in/out. Is this something that would be covered under warranty or is the some “wear and tear” loophole?

I think @UNBROKEN has answered this. But for my own piece of mind. Is this the area where I can expect to see the rear AC condensation to accumulate? With a quick glance the water appears to be coming down the heat shield above muffler

Yup, will still have the peak HP/TQ so they’re probably protected there. I assume it’s going to take until October because they will have to test and prove to the NHTSA that the PCM update is adequate.
