Go find out right away how many of your modules need updating through FRDS tool. There is a really good thread on it in this forum with guys who do their own updates and understand it better then most dealers. My 21 ST had 15 updates including two significant PCM calibration updates.

Ford Performance will typically adjust the calibrations to allow for the new model year. Im pretty sure the engine didnt change its still a 3.0L V6 Twin Turbo. I will ask my contacts at Engineering if they can confirm.
