That's it.... My new name is: from Dark Horse to now Limp Horse God damn screen/sensors blew up at me when I was driving... Went into reset mode with no sensors.. Had to pull over and curse a few times.. A 8min stop did the trick, but for the love of things can SYNC not be updated properly...

I haven't had any blue screen issue with mine (2020), but I also don't upgrade the firmware.. Probably a glitch in the matrix within the newest written firmware update..

@Greywolf, just be aware you can only connect up to 3-4 devices using bluetooth hotspot. But this is truly the best way to get everyone connected in the car. iPads, phones, computers, etc..

Try the hard reset option. While the car is running, press and hold your Power radio button & next song button (arrows pointing right) simultaneously for a few seconds (maybe 5-10) and it should reset/reboot your screen as if you just turn the car on. Try that... Cheers,
