I think I read somewhere that the upgrade included Michelin Latitude high performance tires. Also, the upgrade will not be available for several months.
MSRP $59,620. Moonroof, Tech pack, Street pack, silver. Price before tax, doc fee, license and registration was $55,761. The big thing was my trade-in. A 2011 Cadillac CTS-V wagon with 10,300 miles. Dealer allowed
$35,500. My cash cost was $20,441.
The ST replaced a 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Wagon. Loved that car for 9 years, but time to move on. The Cad' was rated with 556 HP. Now I'll have to make due with only 400 HP. This is my fourth Explorer (one was a Lincoln Aviator).
I have heard that plugging in a trailer wiring tester, and leaving it in, will bypass the stop/start function. Testers are available on Amazon for 8-10 dollars.
New member from The Valley of the Sun. Just drove home this morning in a silver RT with road pack. Coming from a 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Wagon. Loved that car but time to move on.
