    2020 st crank no start

Yes when the fuel level is low and you're parked on an incline, fuel doesn't get to the fuel pump and engine either won't start or stalls. Usually adding 2-3 gallons of gas will make it start unless you're fuel pump gets damaged. This is an known design flaw on this model.

    Probably the fuel pump.

    Post Warranty Suspension Sloppiness

This happened to me last year when they replaced my differential. They had to do a 4-wheel alignment and that took care of the swaying and lateral movement. The tech said alignment was way off. They should not charge you for it. If the differential was under warranty like mine was, all the work...

Pre-collision Assist on 2025 Explorer St

Maybe it's not turned on in the settings. Mine goes off all the time unnecessarily and it's too sensitive and innacurate but it is a 2020. Your technology is probably more advanced. My 2013 Lincoln was even worse than my 2020 ST in terms of driver assist features.

    Engine not turning over

When I had a fuel pump issue, the starter would crank but engine wouldn't start.

    Fault messages

I've had this 3 times: first it was the half-shaft speed sensor, second time was the FADA TSB, third was the AWD module. All of them were under warranty.

    pre-collision assist

I would hope they update software and make it more accurate and reliable, not to mention safer! So you're telling me the 2025 version of it is still scare the crap out of you inaccurate and brakes at shadows of trees and highway overpasses not to mention when someone is turning right and you're...

    pre-collision assist

They probably improved the software in the refresh. They upgraded co-pilot 360 to BlueCruise so maybe they improved the rear brake assist and collision braking feature. In the 2020 they are way too sensitive and overreacts or is slow to realize the threat of collision has passed.

    Smoking on startup after sitting

My 2013 Lincoln MKZ turbo started doing that but so far my 2020 ST hasn't at 63K miles.

Exhaust Leaks from Flex Pipes and Catalytic Converter 57K Miles

I didn't opt in on those things but recently did replace both key fob batteries for the first time after almost 6 years.

Exhaust Leaks from Flex Pipes and Catalytic Converter 57K Miles

Ford Premium Care covers most repairs but a few things it doesn't cover. I know lighting has a separate coverage.

    Rear differential noise on decel

The D.C. area PD's aren't ordering them anymore. They have purchased new Chargers and Durangos instead. My local PD fleet manager told me recently. They're getting Tahoes for K-9.

    Emissions error

I have an extended warranty until the December 2026. I should be ok.

    Rear differential noise on decel

The Explorer's warranty repairs are bleeding Ford! I'm told local police departments stopped ordering them because they've been so unreliable especially the hybrids.

    Rear End Failure

Last year I had my differential replaced twice in a few months and also the transfer case twice. They didn't find anything wrong with the driveshaft. Most recently they replaced the AWD module under warranty. It drove better after that repair. Recently I have noticed in extreme hot weather it...

    Low pressure fuel pump recall.

I know that and I've learned to live with it. There have been other threads about that. I don't want to end up with another burned fuel pump or get stranded somewhere. It's been years since I've seen a low fuel warning! LOL My previous cars I would wait too long to fill. With this thing, 5-6...

    Low pressure fuel pump recall.

Mine failed within the first year. I was 65 miles from empty on my way to the gas station. Engine stalled and pump had to be replaced. Another time parked on an incline, it wouldn't start. I had to add 5 gallons to start it. Since then I never let it go below a 1/4 tank before fillup.
