Yeah I took it back to the shop yesterday. It was already a brand new Instrument Cluster that they just switched out! I guess my main question was did an update make the Speedo stick to the left side only. Looks like the answer is no. I think the cluster is shot

That's part of the problem, it won't move. Normally the button on the left turn signal moves it back and forth. The speedometer is effectively stuck there. So...it wasn't an update?

Does anyone else have this issue? All of the sudden my speedometer just started getting stuck on the left side (see pic.) there is no way to get it back to the center. Also my auto drive (the lane assist that only works when in cruise control) stopped working during so I thought they were...

@Eaglecb it sounds like you have the same issue I have. I don't see how we can force the dealer to fix it. For me it happens at speeds as low as 25.

Eh it won't work. The drive mode knob is 1/4" wider in diameter than the volume knob.

They have the drive mode selector too. I thought about getting both but decided against it since I don't know how it will be yet. Pretty sure the drive mode is the same size as the volume knob....would be cool if it worked on both.

Hi guys! I'm new here and just got a 2020 Explorer ST. I love it. I've been browsing the threads and it appears you can update the APIM so that we could "possibly" get Sync 4? Am I understanding that correctly or is it wishful thinking?
