    No. You have to have it in "DRL, Turn and Position" for it to work all the time, even at night. If you set it to "DRL and Turn," ambers will not work at night.     It works. Once in reverse, you just have to press either left or right mirror selector button and the respective mirror will automatically lower.

    The LEO explorers have dimmer Amber DRLs, about 50% as bright as ours at night.
