Does anyone have any Datta logging for the normal mode in a HP Tuner? We have found that when you step on the throttle - take away press as if to slow down and then to get back into it to speed up that the throttle body plate shuts the fuel off completely. ‍♂️ any help would be awesome.

Are you having the same issue? I have talked to many ST owners and even a Platinum owner when I meet / come across them and ask and they all say they do have the same issue. But didn’t recognize it as a problem. Which I find as weird! However to each is own.

I had the flash done at the dealer in hopes that it may smarten it up some. I am unfortunately to far away from anyone who does mapping and 4 wheel dyno.

I have had the TCU flashed back to “stock” but has not changed anything. I have escalated it up the chain but have not been booked for any service yet. Once I get it in and see if they can do anything about it or not. I will post on anything new.

Thank you - I was hoping there was a programmer that would bridge the gap. my 2015 3.5 ECO Explorer Sport never had this issue. I am guessing its a transmission to engine issue. Since there are no codes the Ford service cannot help.

That is exactly what it is doing. How does one fix the turbo lag? programmer-Tuner?

Just replaced the spark plugs with the NGK and no difference. Still when driving and slowing down to go around the corner -roll the corner and get back into the throttle dead and then bogs and then backfires or pops from the right tailpipe and then look out as it is ready to rip!!

I’m going to try spark plugs this weekend and try again to see if it smartens up, I will report findings.

Yes that is exactly whats happening to me. So I have been experimenting with Sport Mode and Manual shift, it is a considerable BOG- Pause and nose dives. It is like someone turned off the fuel when shifting up the gear and then dumped all the fuel back into the cylinders. Still no engine lights

This happens several times while I drive it- even more noticeable when I’m in sport mode. Do you have any mods done?

The Dealership I go to has said they won't do it as there is no codes to confirm the problem and are awaiting Ford Engineers to get back to them for a path they can start down. I have also been told it maybe my cat back Borla exh.
