Actually no. Tracker was updated on 12/24 to built, then shipped on 12/26. I was called by Ford PR late afternoon of 12/26 saying it was loaded on rail car headed for Buffalo. 12/27 my salesman called and said it was in Buffalo awaiting tranport back to the dealer in Erie. So, the wait...

Pam, I'm glad you're enjoying your new ride. Mine is still in production hell. Has anyone been by the plant or storage yard? I was wondering if they were moving Explorers that are growing to the parking lot?

Other than my order date of 4-15 our dates are the same for my Platinum. My feelings are also the same as yours. For did tell me last night that my Platinum was assigned to a shipper. But, who knows how long that will take. Hopefully, we will get some incentives from FORD???????????

My contact at Ford PR just called and told me the race track storage for Explorers in Chicago will be shut down immediately and she thought that included pickets. She said my 10-27 thru 11-2 dates are still there but TBD has been updated. Just when the light at the end of the tunnel started...

Congratulations. May we ask when yours was built ? It's interesting how production dates are not consistent with delivery. Enjoy your new ride....

I again believe it is the picket line issue. If a teamster is moving vehicles off a rail yard there probably won't be any picketing and the haulers will move vehicles. There is always the exception. Frustrating times.

If a vehicle is on the rail system, you should have it soon. I believe if a vehicle is slated for truck transport it will sit as the truckers/teamsters will honor the strikingly UAW strikers.

So if my Explorer was built on July 19th why has it been on Production Hold? 7/19 is well past the 5/2 cut off???? Just asking

Pam..It must be a northern Ohio thing. I called my salesman yesterday asking about the incentives I have gotten from Ford. He informed me that they would honor any rebates or incentives available at the time I signed the order.(April) His statement sounded like they would not have accepted...

My Platinum also got moved to the 10/27 to 11/2 time period! Only way I knew, was that I called the Ford Chat line for an update.

At the least Explorers are moving to somewhere. Does anyone know if the camera fix can happen at the racetrack, or do they have to return to the plant? Were the vehicles driven or hauled to the race track. That might give a clue as to what AOSRYJP witnessed this morning.

Several dealers in N.E. Ohio are showing Platinums with "Exterior Parking Cameras on right and left side plus front and back. The front and back include washers. They also have forward and reverse parking sensors. POSSIBLY the new substitute for the 360° debacle?

My salesman said the new cars have a GPS so they should be trackable. He has access to it. The news also said it was all Lincolns that were stolen.
