All that work for a $20 seal. I looked it up, at least all the "special" tools are available if you choose to use them.

It's the second battery in the rear cargo area, maybe its called something different, but I have one.

Have you checked the auxiliary Battery?

I'll just ask this...... anyone concerned about the big square hole in the plate, its just asking for something to enter and bounce around.

Have you checked the AWD module under the drivers seat? Its grounded thru the case, may want to check mounting bolts and for a clean module the chassis connection.

Welcome to the Forum, You may want to check your tire pressure. Ford seems to ship these cars @ 40 PSI, should be 33 according to the tire information label on the driver side B-pillar.

Will a Intercooler help without a tune? I assume that's what FMIC means. Still sorting thru the aftermarket tune information.

Suspect they did not override it because it was not there when they setup your tune.
