Going by the picture in post #5, the Round Puddle lamp is larger than the old Rectangular Puddle lamp with ST logo, you should be able to remove the Round Puddle lamp gut it and use it as a mount for the ST logo puddle lamp.

What type of Warrantee did the downpipe installers give you? Seems like it's their fault.

Did they check your wheel bearings and or steering gear? In theory new tires would grip better and follow the ruts in the road more aggressively with loose steering gear and or front wheel bearings.

I used these bolts to allow for more adjustment not sure if I really needed them, recommend trying the splined bolts first, these are 10.9 grade front suspension bolts but are not listed for use on the ST. W715295S439

I installed one on my 23 ST, the opening in the carpet has to be larger than the mounting bracket but smaller than the cup holder or the cup holder will not lock down completely and rattle, hope this helps. See the picture in Post #1.
