Need to order parts in the next day or so. Does anyone do package deals at certain price points? $5k+

ZFG has different stages of packages, but it’s still best to piece everything together yourself.

    Dash cluster

Nope, closest thing would be sport modes layout.

New fueling option for the Explorer - Port Injection

You misunderstand quite a bit of this. Any tuner will tune for whatever mods you have for pump gas, no tuner every said otherwise. You do not need more fueling for a simple intake and exhaust (which don’t help power anyway), the stock fuel system does just fine, and you are limited by your fuel...

    Hello from Virginia

Welcome and congrats on the new ride!

    Rust proofing and undercoating

On my ‘22, its covered with the underpanels felt stuff completely, unlike yours.

When to do mods? New ST.

I don’t think its almost a ricer sound, but I do agree Thermal 3” + downpipes would be way too loud for me.

    Battery/Charge Issue

Like others said, first try resetting BMS, if that doesn’t work then replace the battery. If that doesn’t work its most likely an alternator problem.

When to do mods? New ST.

Care to explain why you wouldn’t do them?

When to do mods? New ST.

It’s perfectly fine to put all of those parts plus a tune with low miles, I usually just give the car 100-200 miles to get everything settled and send it. Then do an oil change at 1k miles. If you don’t want to do a tune yet, none of those parts require a tune.

    Hey y'all from Kentucky!

ZFG for tuning. CVF is a great choice for both intercooler and downpipes. Intake, the new Houston Speed Freaks unit for the win. For the diff brace, ID-Speed. I’ll include my modding guide, which should help you along the build process: http://explorerstenthusiasts.com/modding-guide/

    New Esoteric Wheel Question

Technically that applies to all other stock wheels for the 6th-gen Explorers.

    Carroll Shelby CS10 (20x9.5, 37mm offset)

That looks really really good, especially for the price!

    New Esoteric Wheel Question

You still have to trim the studs. If you get the Eibach 30mm spacers you don’t need to trim them.

    Car repair this time

Replacing the driver seat wouldn’t affect that at all. Are you referring to your passenger side DRL not working?

Alignment after Lowering Springs - How urgent is it?

It will be fine to drive on it for a little bit, you actually should wait a week or so for the springs to settle, 4 weeks is probably a little excessive though unless y0u don’t drive it much.

Lowered Cars /W Spacers And Adding -.5 Deg To Rear...

Well the guy that does it for a living is wrong. #1: it holds it just fine, that’s how it works for every other vehicle and the other adjustments for alignment #2: Dont know what you mean by “keepers”, the bolt holds just fine, I don’t think you understand the way it works. With that bolt...

Lowered Cars /W Spacers And Adding -.5 Deg To Rear...

Your guy is wrong. That bolt is the adjustment for camber. The cam bolt does nothing because it just goes to the stock location so it doesn’t change that at all.

    Rear Sway Bar End Links

That’s all just from a general standpoint on the end links for general vehicles, doesn’t apply to the ST, stock end links are just fine.
