Loss Of Power But No Codes

I doubt it's bad gas. You can bet they will charge you to look at your datalog! I wouldn't be reseting shit before you bring it in. There may be codes stored that you can't see.

Has anyone "tuned" their gauge cluster?

Those things are garbage! One is so tiny and can only display a single parameter at a time and the other is a big old display that creates blind spots. Ford should have given the ST the same options as the F150 from the start.

    That's funny but exactly right!

2025 car. What mods should I avoid because the ECU hasn’t been cracked

Suspension parts will help with how it rides. Fenfab makes a lot of parts to help the suspension. A rear sway bar will also help.

Loss Of Power But No Codes

It's not the resonator. Your car has gone into limp mode for some reason. They do this to prevent any further damage. I would say check for transmission codes. A simple scan tool will not see them. You need a good scanner or Forscan. Another thing that happens is the throttle position gets lost...

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

You're partly right. If you're not ready, or able as in my situation, to make adjustments or modifications then you shouldn't be doing it. However, you seem to have missed the part about the OP saying they are too long, not mashed. As I said, the shop that did mine said they had to make some...

    X5 M50i to 2025 ST

Nice choice but you can't tune it. . . yet. The encryption in the new PCM's programming code hasn't been broken yet. It's only a matter of time but it may be a long time, unfortunately.

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

I run the same set up and when I had it all installed they had issues and said they had to do some fab work to get it to fit. So, no sir, this is not an operator error. It's a company lying on their website about a product they know does not fit without some moddification just to make more...

There is nothing wrong with it! I never said there was. I'm saying the same thing you just said! It's a marketing strategy and about profits. Why be in business if you're not going to try to make a profit? I never said it was unfair. I was just pointing out that their (Adam) reasoning didn't...

I like the Optimuz but the Zeus is also nice.

    Tuning

LOL!! I was just saying he was imagining that he could feel the turbo's spooling faster. I know the DP's add Hp but even that I don't think you would feel with the butt dyno.

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

Then they should state that on their website instead of saying it fits and letting the purchaser figure out it doesn't! All they need to do is add, "Some modification may be necessary".Then to respond like he is the only one that's had an issue is BS.

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

According to the description on the site they are supposed to fit OEM or aftermarket exhaust. Now that you have cut them they probably won't take them back, but I would still try. Either that or take it to a good exhaust shop.

Go back and read post #2. ZFG replied and said, "The 91 tune is just capped at a little less boost and timing." Why would they have to write a whole new tune from baseline when all they need to do is adjust the boost and timing? I'm sure there may be some datalogging involved but there would be...

    Tuning

You're just imagining it. The stock system is said to be good up to 700 Hp. Even upgrading the turbos, the stock system works just fine.

    2025 ST Securicode keypad question

It would depend on whether or not the dealer has it in stock. If they have to order it then it may take just as long.

Let's compare apples to apples here! It cost me over a grand for my tune also! It's not like he is getting a whole new tune though! They are just going to use his 91 tune and adjust it for 93. I'm not bashing ZFG Racing by any means! I'm just being honest here. Build wise, they are going to do...

    Rear Brakes Caliper Replace

With advancements in technology it becomes more complicated to work on things. At least they made a process for you to be able to do this yourself. I imagine that soon you will have to bring it somewhere to get it done. I changed the front wheel bearings on my F250 and couldn't get the ABS light...

Still. . .what's the difference if say, you put in a new intercooler? He would just adjust (or update) you tune for $150. I just think it's the marketing and about money. Why "update" a tune for $150 when you can say it's an "additional" tune and get $350?
