    Steeda Sway Bar Hitting Spring

That’s not the right PN, no. Just a random pic I grabbed online. You just need to find one with the same ID as the bar OD.

    Factory BOV bolt size

Gonna be hard to find. I’d drill the hole out and use the long bolt with a nut on it.

    Steeda rear sway/HR springs fitment

Mine has about 3/16” on both sides on the middle hole.

    Corsa is in the game.

Hell I won’t even pay $1600 so I don’t blame you at all. I got quoted $1600 for a full converter back 2.5” stainless mandrel bent exhaust with my choice of mufflers and tips.

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

The bar ends being angled changes the moment arm of the bar...99% of people will never notice, including me. I just want to make sure everything is as right as it can be. The adjustable links will also let me make sure there’s no preload on the bar which can also affect the handling.

    Loud whine under acceleration

I’d check all the piping to the turbos. If something is loose you could be hearing the chargers or a boost leak.

Adjustable end links to get the bar ends flat like they should be instead of angled after the drop.

Brake upgrade? or sport pack brakes?

It’s possible...just probably not cheap. Oem parts are always high and the return on investment probably isn’t there.

NE side...I picked this one up at Tomball Ford too.

DIY 170° thermostat, by OE supplier Stant. A $20 project.

Maybe I’m not being clear here myself. I’ve changed them in Coyotes and now this 3.0...the t-stat housing is entirely different between the 2. This one has a female bevel on the housing and a male bevel on the cap that captures the o-ring. I’m not positive it will seal correctly either without...

    SPD Performance Downpipes

I’d like to see a little more info myself. Mine will be going on pretty soon too.

DIY 170° thermostat, by OE supplier Stant. A $20 project.

I didn’t try it since I didn’t have one on hand but the way the t-stat housing is designed on these 3.0’s I question whether it will bolt together properly with a perimeter gasket in place. The design is different than anything I’ve ran across to date.

You’re the one that mentioned the gasket bringing the OD up to the proper measurement. I’m just letting everyone know it doesn’t use a perimeter gasket in the 3.0.

Just out here glowing in the sun.

The roof rail delete looks better from every angle...probably one of my favorite mods so far.

How does everyone wash and dry the roof?

How do I wash it? I reach over and just wash it. Being 6’7” and lowered makes it easy. lol

FYI the Explorer doesn’t use a perimeter gasket so I hope you’re right on the OD working.
