I went ahead and followed BrooseDaMoose's advice ... replaced the bad ones with new smoked ones, and siliconed around the seal. Hope this works this time.

Use a 90-degree needle nose pilers on the end with the two tabs to squeeze ... work it out slowly from the back, it will budge Use the trim tool from the front on the other end and just pry slowly ... it will pop out (at least mine did) without breaking.

Here's a close-up for you of the back of the OEM reflector. Just apply pressure up and out at the same time. I didn't snap either one ... in fact, on both sides I popped one end up and used a trim remover tool to slowly pull and the other end popped out.

Go to another body shop if you have to. I used to own a Wrangler which are famous for "unseen" frame damage that can only be seen once the body shop starts to put it up on a lift, take the bumper off, etc.

I purchased an AWE 3" exhaust for an awesome price, but it came with chrome tips and I wanted black ones. Now I have the chrome ones extra, so if anyone out there needs them ... I'll do $160 shipped to any US address (CONUS).

Probably depends on the vendor. I did this to a 2015 Grand Cherokee back in 2018 and they are still working great today. I have them for my ST and plan to install soon.

Are the center caps (I'm assuming you got the ones from Amazon or eBay?) holding up? I've read some accounts of the paint flaking off after going through a couple of car washes.
