    22" staggered setup thoughts?

22x10.5 with 305/40 and a +32 offset does not rub all the way around.

    22" staggered setup thoughts?

Why don’t you like a square tire setup all around? Kind of useless on these cars to have a staggered setup.

    22" staggered setup thoughts?

I'm looking to upgrade stock 21s for 22s. I'm not a fan of super wide tire in the front therefore looking to go with staggered setup. What are your thoughts on the following setup: Front: 22x9 25mm offset, 275/40R22 Rear: 22x10.5 40mm offset, 315/35R22 Tires are identical in diameter. Will I...

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

You max out at about a 6mm slip on spacer if you want enough stud protruding to get enough threads into the lug nuts. Anything thicker is taking a big chance IMO unless you put in longer studs…which isn’t that hard either.

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

So following up on my own rude awakening.....this is the label on my boxes from my wheels. Yeah, I'm a dumb dumb...never even noticed this until now. The real bummer is that my receipt from when the rims were ordered shows +25 as the offset. So.....has anyone run the H&R Trak+ spacers? I am...

    Steelies and Offsets

Ask them for a dimensional drawing and compare with the same from SuperForged. If they’re making wheels they should be able to get that for you. A steelie will generally have a very flat center so big brake clearance is questionable. These giant brake kits are more prevalent now due in part to...

    Steelies and Offsets

10 it is, then. Assuming they can make exactly what I'm after, the goal is the 22x10 with a 70.5 center bore, +25 offset, and crossed fingers that whatever they make will clear the SuperForged brake kit.

    Steelies and Offsets

Hello — I'm new here. I'm going to have some custom steelies made up, because I'm nostalgic for the look of the JDM tuners in the 2000s. The company I'm looking to use will do a 20 or 22 inch wheel, but will only make a 10 or 11 inch width. If I use one of these widths instead of 10.5, what...

Usually wheel specs like offset are on the inside rim edge of the wheel. Could find the offset there maybe.

No way that’s +25 on a 10.5 wheel. Post the wheel model.

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

Mine is a +25 offset on a 10.5" wheel with 285 tires. I'm going to run 305's next time around and I think I'll be fine.

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

I found a set of rims I like and they come in a 10" width but have a +35mm offset. With this work?

    New Wheels and Tires

Got some new wheels and tires put on for snow season. Went with a bit more aggressive style, looking forward to see how they'll perform. 20x9 Fuel Off-Road D538 Mavericks - Zero Offset LT275/55/R20 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Was some slight rubbing on the inside when full cranked, but zip...

25 is a strong offset but it’ll work on a 10” wheel. I’d probably stay with a 295 on that offset. It’s too much for a 10.5 wheel.

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

I looked at those as well but they have a +25mm offset. I’m not sure they would work. +30-+35 is the norm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

I was looking at this this one, any thoughts what the best tire size would work on this with H&R springs or should I go with different offset?

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

You're right! I didn't think about that. I like these but they are only 8.5" wide with a 35mm offset so I could only go up to a 275/50. Not sure how close to flush they would be. They weigh 34 Lbs. so that's not bad. I may need to rethink what I like for a style.

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

This is just me, but I very much dislike wheels that show exposed bolt heads whether they be fake or real. Cleaning each of those out with a Q-Tip just isn't my idea of a good time and they always get dirty.
