I would start by going back to factory BCM flash even though it’s been over a year Electrical sucks and 1/2 the time the fix will be something that doesn’t make sense or is literally powering off and back on

There are applications where the pads have adhesive on the back.

Read everything you can find on Brake Service Mode and the issues people have with front brakes. Be prepared with Forscan at a minimum.

Have had a few people try this, a lot still had FENG still there even with the Propulsion change via FORScan.The issue is that the strategy--Ford somehow combined the FENG and ACM (Active Noise Control) which blocks out the exterior noise when you drive. It's complicated buts till working on it...

I ordered a set of OEM sensors off eBay and none of them worked. They refunded my money. I got a set off Amazon and the same thing! Then I ordered a set from TPMSDirect.com and they all worked fine. Of course, I have the worst luck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
