Code: P2C90 - Crankcase Ventilation System - Hose 'A' Disconnected on 2025 Explorer ST with Fen Fab V2 Intake

Gosh, just a few more miles put on than me, since we did this. :ROFLMAO: I don't even have 2000 miles on mine and I bought it at the beginning of February. I'll be putting 1500 on when I head to Asheville in August, at least. Glad to hear yours hasn't come back, at this point.

Code: P2C90 - Crankcase Ventilation System - Hose 'A' Disconnected on 2025 Explorer ST with Fen Fab V2 Intake

I've not had the code come back, yet, but I've only driven like 400 miles since my reset. If it goes how a few others have mentioned, it may take a bit for it to show up again. This has got to be a flaw with this intake ... One that doesn't like to show itself.

Code: P2C90 - Crankcase Ventilation System - Hose 'A' Disconnected on 2025 Explorer ST with Fen Fab V2 Intake

Took a gander at that 3D part and did not see any garbage inside. I did notice that somewhere inside, it restricts down to less than half the diameter of the small tube that we zip tied. Not quite sure what the idea is there, but it doesn't seem right to me, logically.

Code: P2C90 - Crankcase Ventilation System - Hose 'A' Disconnected on 2025 Explorer ST with Fen Fab V2 Intake

Thanks for reaching out to Brett for us! The way the code reads (as seen in OP), it made me check exactly this connection. I found my lower hose to be perfectly tight on both ends. I did not zip tie either end, because they're really tight and damn near impossible to yank off. (Shouldn't have...

Code: P2C90 - Crankcase Ventilation System - Hose 'A' Disconnected on 2025 Explorer ST with Fen Fab V2 Intake

Yep - that's it! That piece is the only part of the intake that I'm unhappy with. I'd rather have seen these connections just go right to the pipes like factory, rather than using this silly part and adding yet another hose so the car can collect the data. I still have an AFE intake from my...

Code: P2C90 - Crankcase Ventilation System - Hose 'A' Disconnected on 2025 Explorer ST with Fen Fab V2 Intake

I installed my V2 a couple of weeks ago and also got this same code just now (I don't drive much)... Pretty annoyed to see people say it's an "installer error" and offer no suggestions other than the obvious that has already been done by everyone. Also, this isn't my first rodeo nor my first ST...

2025 ST test mules for forascn changes

Thanks! I had originally followed that one but tried again tonight after seeing your reply. I uhh... Apparently forgot to hit Write. Works great now!

2025 ST test mules for forascn changes

I've got a 12/24 built 2025 and have verified that I can disable FENG and enable Bambi mode. I wasn't able to get the approach lighting to work for some reason... I must have missed something or it was wrong. Would be a cool feature to have, considering my wife's Lincoln Corsair has it.

2025 ST - All Vehicle Settings Reset *Magically*...

Hmm, definitely wasn't an update - I'd like to think it forewarns you of that like my wife's Lincoln, which also schedules it for when you're not using the vehicle. It warns you that if an update were to take place, you cannot use your vehicle at all. But, the even stranger part.... I drove my...

2025 ST - All Vehicle Settings Reset *Magically*...

So today I went and got my front windows tinted in my 2025 ST, and on my ride home, I noticed that all of my vehicle settings reset. We're talking all the information screens I selected for the gauge cluster, all audio settings, adaptive cruise control settings, seat settings, everything... I am...
