When I was having the issue getting my transmission replaced, the service manager told me that Ford can remotely see everything you do if your connected to FordPass. I didn't believe him at first but I found out it's true.

Yes, they can see error codes and can track changes. Error codes are allegedly supposed to show up in FordPass, but I don't show any. I suspect it will need to go to the dealer for a reflash. I waived the ridiculous $20/mo loaner option, so I hope they'll do pick up and delivery.

So you are saying the codes are transmitted to Ford? It would be really easy for them to do with it being a IOT connected vehicle. That would also mean they know who tuned their ST's or even made changes with Forscan before you even take it to the dealer.

I don't see this for the 2025s... my SCCM has barely any options...

You’ll need to contact Forscan. I had this issue. I emailed them my VIN and debug logs within a few hours they sent me a beta version of Forscan.

I wouldn't think so, as I just bought it from dealership new with 6 miles on it the other day. Not using Bluetooth. Using OBDLinkEX. I'll check the version of forscan, but assumed it was latest as I just did everything on my GT last month.

do you have a custom pcm tune? i know thats unlikely but had to ask make sure you have the most up to date forscan https://forscan.org/download.html v2 3.64 what obd connector are you using if its blue tooth remove any saved items in the bluetooth thing , and retry for reliability the best...

Hey all. New here. So I used forscan on my '24 GT with no issues. Just tried hooking up to the new '25 explorer, and it's saying has a custom tune on PCM and to enter code. What am I missing here? It recognized my GT right away. Do I need a different plug for some reason?

Nothing with Forscan except a couple codes for the camera and proximity sensors. Cleared everything but it’s still the same. Gonna try returning to stock and reloading the tune next. If that doesn’t work I’ll have to take it in. I read in another thread where someone else had this problem and...

...do this to prevent any further damage. I would say check for transmission codes. A simple scan tool will not see them. You need a good scanner or Forscan. Another thing that happens is the throttle position gets lost. You probably need to take it in. Why it's in limp mode can be hard to diagnose.

Going to install the Aviator screen swap and I have seen talk about activating the climate screen by using Forscan, does anyone have the mapping codes for this? Any other codes for the swap would help. Thank you

Go to SCCM module in FORScan (easy way, don’t use the “as-built” one). Find turn signal/lane change (will have value 3 beside it), change it to 5 or 6.

Mmmm even the volume knob on the radio bezel. Curious if the ASB needs to be changed for the hvac controls on the screen. Can you plug up the factory controls and see if they work?

So I disconnected the battery for 15 mins then ran forscan again and it read the APIM. Everything works fine, although there are some DTCs when I run forscan but no check engine lights. Im just wanting to find a solution for the HVAC controls Fordpass and the Volume knob
