    22” Wheels??

I thought the link he had was for a 22x10.5 with +40 offset. My fault.
  2. UNBROKEN

    22” Wheels??

No it’s not. +35 is fine and gives a little room to spare with a 305/40/22. +30 is closer to flush but fit is fine with +35

    22” Wheels??

Offset is too close to struts. They should make some +30 or +32 offset wheels in that model I thought which would work.

    Explorer ST Modding 101 Guide

Exterior Who knew that the Explorer could transform from a blocky SUV to a Mustang beating sleeper? Why not show that power in the exterior? Hitch Cover The hitch-cover will give the rear of the ST a cleaner look in the rear. There are a few options to choose from, from the likes of Waido...

Been a member for a while but never really posted so I’ll start here

Usually +30 offset is the only way to go, but that stance is awesome! Welcome.

Eibach Springs - Bump Stops or Wheel/Tire Combo

My guess is that it’s your tires. I installed the Eibachs 6 weeks ago and have had 0 issue. Have hit some bumps pretty damn hard too and it took them like a champ.

Eibach Springs - Bump Stops or Wheel/Tire Combo

I put my factory 20 inch wheels and tires back on and drove the same road as I did this morning when I experienced issue. I could not replicate it with my factory tires on. I’m just wondering if the offset on these wheels is just a little too much and it’s contacting the inner fender when...

Eibach Springs - Bump Stops or Wheel/Tire Combo

There are guys on here that run 305's on a +30 offset so it wouldn't seem like the tires would be the issue. But like you mentioned, an easy way to tell is to put the stock setup back on and see if you get the same results. I did not trim the bump stops when installing my springs Looks good...

Did you trim your bump stops installing the H&R springs

Eibach Springs - Bump Stops or Wheel/Tire Combo

Wheels are 20x10 with a 20mm offset. Not sure if the 295/45/20 are the issue. I have not got an alignment yet and not sure if it is a camber or caster issue upfront. Alignment is Monday. I just want to eliminate the bump stops out of the equation. So don’t waste time and money on an...

Eibach Springs - Bump Stops or Wheel/Tire Combo

I'm sure pictures would help everyone see what was going on. I think most people on here are running 22's with a +30 offset. I am running 22x10.5 wheels with a +25 offset and 285 tires and have no issues. I am lowered on H&R springs. Is 20et a +20 offset?

Eibach Springs - Bump Stops or Wheel/Tire Combo

I just got through putting on aEibach lowering springs on my ST and installed a set of 20x10 20et wheels with 295/45/20 tires. I took it out for a ride and I feel like I’m either hitting the bump stop or I have a tire rubbing. I can’t just tell which one it is, but when going over bumps. it...

Almost time to replace 21" Pirellis any recommendation?

No you can’t run that tall of a tire. 305/40r22 should fit fine without any rubbing.

Almost time to replace 21" Pirellis any recommendation?

Hey unbroken can you run 305/45/22 on a stock setup with no rub? what offset would be needed for that if possible

    Bruce's Silver Spruce Metalic ST

Charge pipes are worth it, and intake will gain minimal gains from that. I would just say charge pipes right now. To me I’d find a good set of wheels before anything. Those stock tires are way too small and offset is too inset.

Same-model wheels on ST and Mustang GT Premium

They should be okay but there are so many different variables. Make sure you check offset especially. What offset, wheel width, are the ones your looking at?

Same-model wheels on ST and Mustang GT Premium

Yeah the hub bore is good...more so just worried about offset clearing. Dont' even know if that will matter since its so close to 'normal' wheel offset.

Same-model wheels on ST and Mustang GT Premium

Check the hub bore and bolt pattern on the S197 Mustangs. I know the S550/S650 share that with the Explorer, but not sure about the S197.

Same-model wheels on ST and Mustang GT Premium

Ok so I’m curious about this lately. The mustang wheels have same hub bore so would I have any fitment issues with offset clearing the brakes? Have winter tires and was looking for easy 18” wheel replacement and found some off a ‘11 GT. Seems simple enough?
