I was brought up that oil changes were cheap "preventive maintenance", transmission as well. I always get trailer tow packages etc. even though I don't need it because I want the better cooling packages on stuff etc. Makes me feel better anyway... For a long time I always changed oil and filter...

My dad was a die hard Valentine 1 guy, I don't currently have one, are the Uniden R3 better?

They dinged me $22.09 last week when my $5 a month plan was over and I called and just told them $5.00 a month or disconnect it, done, took about 2-3minutes and all 3 vehicles now are $5.00 a month with all channels we like.

My personal preference is we lease. Right, wrong, or in different its what we do. Always under warranty, get a new ride every 2-3 years, and a car is not an investment anyway unless its a specialty muscle car old or current. But that's just my opinion, everyone has one :)

For that much money and the unknown, I personally would spend a few more $ and go new. Good luck either way!

We have had them on the last 4 vehicles, from F150 Platinum to wife's Lincoln. I think each one was opened once, prefer not to have it on the ST.
