Sorry, I don't have the part numbers. Didn't get any paper work on it.

My 2020 ST was missing those same parts. My dealer supplied and instated the rear deflector and tower insulator at no charge.

Two things I can think of. 1. Check your SYNC version. The latest is 21194 that solved a lot of issues. 2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Ford Pass. That helped me a couple of times.

I run 33psi all the time. The Explorers tend to be delivered with higher tire pressure than they should have.
