Third row seat removal?

That's true Unbroken but you can buy the cross brace the police cars have in them if you wanted the same strength. I honestly think the cross brace is stronger then ours with the backseat..I read the article about the one cop who was basically unhurt when he was in his explorer on the side of the highway and was plowed into by a car going 70mph or close. They had a seperate article about why he wasn't hurt and how the explorer was made to survive a 70mph hit.....Which I think is insane that he didnt suffer any major injuries
Also Southflst , if you search with the search engine you will find a few articles about removing the 3rd row.One of them goes into the X brace and I THINK may have a link to buy them if you wanted ! The 3rd row comes out in 2 seperate sections and the part for your back mounts to the floor directly. It has a 2 inch round bar that goes from side to side and the brackets that bolt to the floor are welded to that bar. It has a bunch of other stuff welded to it but you will know what I mean when you lift it up ! That bar and the brackets to bold that part in the truck are the strength of the 3rd row...
