Anyone having problems with the phone. I have a 23 ST and having issues with the phone I am using a Galaxy S22, I can receive and incoming call, but when I try to make a outgoing call using the voice command button I get a window that pops up on the display that says the phone voice assistant is not turned on on my device, I am assuming that is my phone but it is turned on in my Phone. Any one had this issue and know the trick to get it working. Never had any issues like this on my other vehicles once they have been paired. Obviously I missing something obvious.

I just started having issues today my Samsung z fold 4 won't connect. Although after work today it did connect. I do have a sync update that I am installing. Hopefully that fixes the issue.

Have you considered re-pairing your phone? Delete the connection and start fresh.

Reset Sync may be an idea too.

On the AA app do you have the permission for the microphone turned on?

yes also I have to run the AA ap plugged in with USB, I do not think that can connect by Blue Tooth.
