Rear Climate control recall

I purchased the controls for like $75 from a dealer back east that had in stock on their site and installed myself (two screws and a panel to pop off and plug in a wire... stupid simple) because my dealer said, NOOOOP, there is no plans to call you back and replace and that I signed a document saying that all the hardware my truck comes with is all there and there is NOTHING needed for waiting for computer controls or anything. Maybe I'll be going to a new dealer from now on? hmmmmm.....

I stopped at our dealing Friday and was told that our vin # isn't on the list to do yet. We bought ours in 7/22. The service went as far as saying maybe we should just order it from Mexico and put it in ourselves as that would a lot faster.

Yep, recieved the same happy email from Ford, placed an order and 2 months later still no parts available. As noted above, if you have heated seats - they are still on back order. More than frustrating...

Dealer called and set up appointments for both of our 2022 ST. The dealer then added the rear camera software fix. Went in March 21st and was told that the controller panel was not available and the rear camera software fix had bugs in it. They said the software has caused engines to shut off and other issues.
