I live in South Carolina, where the weather is very humid and hot, well into late September. For both of these dyno days, temp was in the 90s, and very humid.

I hope this helps.
So while checking on my own local weather for the week, apparently you can also check past weather. According to WUnderground, for Charlotte, NC Int Airport (closest to have historical data):

September 14, 2022: High 80*F/Low 60*F, Dew Point High 60*F/Low 53*F Charlotte, NC Weather History | Weather Underground (wunderground.com)

July 25, 2022: High 92*F/Low 73*F, Dew Point High 73*F/Low 66*F Charlotte, NC Weather History | Weather Underground (wunderground.com)

Humidity was too involved to list.

The temperature difference isn't too extreme, but definitely notable. That dew point is disgusting in July though. I'm a sweaty bastard and I'd be a wet sponge all day. That being said, I would expect that would likely effect power noticeably, unless I'm mistaken. Perhaps someone with more tuning experience and knowledge could chime in.

On an unrelated note, maybe I won't move down South after I retire, lol.

The Standard Correction format will account for some of the weather variables. Not as much as the SAE correction factor though.

Great gains, this seems in line with what others have posted when going to other aftermarket Downpipes with the higher flowing, lower cell count cats.

Even with stock turbos, these are beneficial for sure.

My dyno's were actually completed at a shop in Hickory. NC ~mid-day (noon) both times.

July 25th 2022 was 86* and 84% humidity at mid day, dew point unknown

September 14th was 79* and 51% humidity at mid day, dew point unknown

So how are we looking at getting closer to production of these? i know there has been talk from as far back as January of 2021 for these from Whoosh. Id be excited to for another option for a down pipe.

I'm with you! I am looking forward to ordering these, seems like a great price/performance ratio.

Whoosh Motorsports is working on fine tuning the final product before release.

I do not anticipate it being much longer, but like everything else in this economic climate, have patience and consumers will be rewarded as such.

I truly love my set and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to work with Whoosh and Ron on these.

One more question Ron. I bought the Thermal 2.5" kit from you a year or so ago. Any issues mating these two parts out of the box?

Not far from you, where did you go for the 4 wheel dyno.

Just curious Ron- are these ceramic or metal substrate? Cell count?
