Always nice to see new parts from companies. Interested in the hot side piping for sure

Thanks @CVF-Jason I was about to ask if your piping was going to be compatible with the OEM 2020 BOV.

Not related to this forum, but asking for my pops, will you have an intercooler for the Gen 3 Raptors coming out soon?

We're trying to get some feedback on the Titan v2 on Gen3 Raptors as we speak! We just need to get some test fitting done and should have more info.

We're finalizing the details with those involved in the street testing as we speak, but here are some preliminary charts showing the difference in the OEM intercooler (an 88 degree temp. rise in a 20-85 mph pull) and our intercooler (3 degree rise in a 20-85 mph pull).

Same stretch of road, driver, truck, and the only difference is our intercooler vs. OEM.

Feel free to reach out via PM if you'd like to break the details of intercooler effectiveness down a bit more, but the main purpose is to keep cool air flowing through (eliminating heat soak) so that performance at WOT doesn't suffer (especially in hotter weather/towing). And she's keepin' temps. as close to ambient as possible!

I bought an intercooler, down pipe and charge piping for my EB Mustang. Jason might recognize my name. Great folks to work with. Thinking about this for my ST, but jeez the disassembly is pretty daunting.

I hear ya and it does seem pretty involved. If only Ford actually sized the intercooler correctly! Since they didn't, we are left with a few options.

I dont even have my ST yet (its built awaiting shipping), just getting reliability mods planned.

I'm in North Texas and would help you install it if you're close?

PM me if you want.

I'm in Florida. Bit of a haul for that - thanks anyway. I have a shop I trust to do it right. I just don't see the advanage offsetting the cost. I'll never track the car. It's just my people-hauler, trailer-tower, fun SUV. On the days I lean on it a bit, it then sits in my driveway for a few minutes, hood up, motor cooling the turbos. Then I shut the motor off and let it cool some more. I just hope it lasts as long as our Chrysler products did.

Definitely hear you regarding not tracking the car!

We're in Florida as well (SoFlo) and frankly the most benefit from an intercooler is doing exactly what you're talking about: towing the trailer or cruising on the highway in hot weather. Don't mistake an intercooler upgrade as a performance-only part as there very much are benefits in everyday driving.
