Took delivery today. Order was placed on 2/16, Order confirmed on 2/26, went into production on 4/22, shipped on 4/26 and took delivery on 5/11. Considering that I was told to expect 10 months and the trouble many on this forum have had, I consider myself very fortunate!

Torsen LSD from 22 Timberline for rear and ST front are on order along with the roof rack delete. Springs, shocks, struts, and rear sway bar will all be installed when the axles are replaced. Everything else will likely start going on next week :D

Still waiting on SPD DPs, AWR rear axle brace, FenFab charge pipe, BOV and FenFab coolant reservoir along with a few cosmetic pieces.

Holy Cow! You just got the plastic removed from the seats and you already have a ton of parts on order.

I will be living vicariously through you, as for the past decade or so all of my cars have remained 100% bone stock. lol

I know! I have a problem! I started ordering parts once it shipped. I've got a stock pile of parts in the basement at my office ready to go. Will do most of the engine, exhaust and cosmetic work to start and will do the suspension at the same time as the axles since all that come out then anyway.

So...I ran into another wrinkle in my plans. I failed to notice that in '22 paddle shifters are only available on the Timberline and ST trims. I can get the ST steering wheel and paddle shifters, but am not sure where to look into making sure the paddle shifters can be made functional. Additionally, on the ST the gear shift dial has a button to put it into manual mode. The Platinum has a button as well, but it's to shift into low gear. I would guess Adam at ZFG could reprogram that over to manual, but need to find a resource regarding adding paddle shifters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Get a better steering wheel, one with carbon fiber, shift lights, etc etc

As far as tapping in to making the paddle shifters active, that might be as simple as plug and play or extremely complicated, you would have to pull diagrams of both the ST and platinum steering columns to determine that.

I want to say that because the explorer shares the same platform and they have trims with the paddles that you should be able to plug and play w/oem paddles... like people used to do on the g37's. However, I have never taken apart or studied the explorers like that so you will have to do the digging on your own.

What mods are you running?

The 22s seem to be even worse. I like that the 315/35 22 is roughly the same size as OE, thought considering I'm very likely replacing the axles/gears, that may be a moot point. The 315s still look super cool though lol
315/35/22 Pirellis are on backorder and pricing is up to $2600 a set. Gonna be fun when mine need to be replaced.

Seems like everyone is on back order in that size. I have the wheels, but nothing to put on them!

I actually sized my wheels based on tire availability a couple months ago.

It’s worth the hassle to have a fitment very few others do.

Seems like some people's idea of "fun" is not most people's idea of fun. Lol

Did I read that right? 351?
I'm guessing that's a typo... 315/35/22

I agree. Just need to order a couple extras when they get back in stock. Hate to have a punctured sidewall or something and not be able to get a replacement
