Morning!! Glad I found this forum. I’m so excited to finally be getting an ST and impressed so far. I got the order confirmation on April 25th and Build date and VIN on April 27! Build date week of June 20. I got a 400A in Forged Green and only added the street pack. I’m a little confused on the B&O stereo. It says it’s standard in a few places on the website and optional in other places. My order build confirmation has it. Am I getting the B&O? Hope so!

Congrats on the order! Exciting times are in your near future!

As to the B&O system, it looks like you're getting the 780 watt 12 speaker system. The 980 watt 14 speaker system is part of the 401A or technology package. So yes, you're getting the B&O system, just not the 14 speaker "premium" variant.

As you peruse the various threads, be careful on which builds you read about. It can get really expensive really fast! lol

There has been a lot of debate on this topic and the website gives misleading information. 400A STs, unless you got the tech package, will have the standard 202A XLT 6-speaker system.

You'll love the truck and even the B&O has left the majority yearning for more from their system so maybe upgrading the 6-speaker might even be easier!

401A comes standard with the 12-speaker and then upgrades to 14-speaker with the tech package.

When ordering a new Ford, only go by the Dealer Order Guide. These are always available on that other Blue forum and take precedence over advertising and online order guides.

The 2020 ST included everything in the Limited 300A, which included the 12 speaker B&O.

The 2021 and 2022 ST include everything in the XLT 202A which includes the 6 speaker system.

So to get the 12 speaker B&O on 2021 and 2022 requires ordering the 401A package.

The Premium Technology Package can always upgrade the 12 speaker B&O to 14 speakers.

Interestingly, the ST-Line does come standard with the 12 speaker B&O. However it cannot be upgraded to the 14 speaker.
