Okay, I just confirmed that the rattling flex pipe issue still exists on 22 model ST's.
There is a TSB for this issue but from what I have heard, it does not work.

Correct, the hose clamp "fix" doesn't work:

But this does:

Going to have Ford do the fix on the second video during my next oil change.
Cool, let us know how it turns out. Did they try the hose clamp thingy first?

I haven't brought up the issue yet so curious to see if they go the worm clamp route first. Hoping I can just talk them into changing out the flex pipes entirely. Also, need to have them check the heat shields as well. Heard some folks on here talking about those coming lose and rattling.

Man, I remember when loose heat shields was something that happened to vehicles with 50-60 thousand miles on them. Not new cars. Lol

Following, as mine has the 'card in the spokes' sound also.

My '21 ST will make the noise accel or decel, partial throttle. I can't tell if it does it all the time with the fake engine noise plumbed in. Seems to get louder if I drive it longer. Not super loud, but annoyingly loud.

Goes in tomorrow for some recall work and see if they can hear this sound.
