Don't fall for the under invoice scam.
I can only guess that by getting special orders they are able to get more inventory.
They sold our special order without ever contacting us.

I’m very happy with Keyser Miller Ford in Collegeville PA. They gave me a price and honored it. Gave me a delivery date, and met it. Loving my ST.

I bought mine from them and had no issue. Now I’m dealing with other issues with them and I’ve had to file a complaint with ford. So while I was able to get my car from them, I’m having other issues. So I kinda echo OPs thoughts.

I got mine at Apple Ford in Red Lion, Pa. It was a two-hour drive but they had it in stock and sold it for MSRP. I was very pleased.

I got mine from Fred Beans of Westchester, it was used but only with 3,200 miles on it fully loaded. They even came down on the price for me as well.

Well, apparently there was miscommunication.
We just picked up the ST.
They honored the agreed upon price of 4% under invoice and we got the $1,000 rebate from Ford for a custom order. I think this is a hell of a deal in any climate, let alone what is going on now.
The delivery was the quickest and easiest of any new car I have ever bought.
The ST is home and we are very happy.

We ordered one from Steve W (General Manager) on 2/28 but it still isn't scheduled yet. They just replaced a tie rod on my wife's 2015 Explorer Sport...I just need the Sport to hold out a bit longer until the new one arrives (it just turned 90,000 miles). I have had my Rams serviced at Chapman Ram next door & been happy so far as well.
