I see you put the sensors on the push bar. Can you go into any details. Did cruise control work right off the bat or did you have to do something for that? How did you move the sensors?

Yes, also curious about the install and the proximity sensors and the adaptive cruise being affected, can you please provide details? Also what brand push bar is that?

The manufacture is Setina. Its aluminum so no weight problem. Adaptive cruise auto braking ... all worked out of the box. Had to relocate the sensors as the mounting bracket comes through where they are mounted from the Ford factory. Once relocated everything worked as new.

Ok thanks! Does the bar come with hardware and brackets for relocating The sensors? How many of the sensors need to be relocated? And if it didn’t come with it where did you get what is needed to relocate them?

As a Firefighter, I'm a big supporter of the Blue.

But in the crazy world we're in, I'm thinking there are times when it's ok to be an LEO lookalike ... and there are times when it's not. :unsure:

This is my own personal opinion. I drove an LEO marked and unmarked vehicle for 44 years. The last thing I want is my ST Explorer to look like a police vehicle. However, to each is own preference.

Comes with bar mounting hardware. Two sensors need to be relocated. Found items (Plastic boxes) on amazon.

Thanks so much, would you mind sharing where exactly you bought it from online? I did some searching around and it seems like there’s a 6 to 8 week wait time in a lot of places, how long did it take to get yours?

It did take 6 to 8 weeks. I have the Leds on the cross bar and side mount. Aluminum construction. Should be in the $900.00 range.
