Painted Fender Flares and Tuner in Phoenix area.

I want to paint my fender flares the body color, flares are plastic, dealership won't touch them, any ideas? Also looking for a tuner in the Phoenix area?

Many have done it. Cost me $2,400 (average price) in North NJ. Find a Custom Auto Body Shop and keep searching until you find a good one. Plenty of people out there looking for work.
