Just got the 13 and the music app doesn't work. Carplay loads fine and everything else works but when you try and play a song it crashes and carplay completely disconnects. Im on the latest sync version. When I try it with my iphoneX running IOS15 it works fine. Not sure if its an Apple issue or a SYNC issue.

I would try a soft reset on your iPhone to see if that helps. I believe it is vol. up, vol. down, press and hold lock/power button until the phone turns off and the apple logo appears.

It’s becoming a pretty well known issue. Has me hesitant to grab a 13 until I know it’ll be ok.

It's an issue with the music app thats now documented. I did fix it by doing a fresh install of IOS15 and its worked fine ever since then.

Apple released an updated yesterday for the iPhone. Supposed to fix this.
