I have new OEM TPM's. I assume the painted metal air pressure valve covers will have to go.

I am about two weeks behind you !! How are the center caps held in place?

The BC Forged center caps are held in place by a double o-ring. There is lube on the o-rings and the center cap pops out by tapping it from the inside with the blunt end of a hammer handle or something similar. Pushes in and snaps into place by hand. You remove the BC Forged metal tire valve covers if you are using Tire Pressure Monitors. FYI.

Sorry I had missed your question on the center caps earlier. Nice work answering your own question;). I too had this question and saw that it was like other good quality wheels I’ve had... just push them from the inside and have your other hand ready to catch it as it pops out. For the valve stems I really wanted to keep that BC Forged metal valve stem look with TPMS. So I found TMPS sensors with black metal stems on eBay. I should be able to unscrew the metal stem that came with the sensor and use the ones from BC Forged. If not, the ones I picked up look pretty damn close to the ones on the wheels minus the end caps (easy swap).

So to answer this question it is possible to transport all four uninstalled 305/35/22 tires and all four BC Forged 10.5x22 wheels still in the boxes in your ST when you need to go get the new wheels and tires installed. Second and third row seats down. Place one tire in the passenger seat, 3 boxes standing up on end lengthwise against the back of the front seats and one box standing on end placed sideways against the back of the other three boxes. Place two tires flat on top of each other behind the fourth box (left rear side) and then the last tire standing up on the right rear side. Seat belt through front seat tire. There is about one inch clearance left with the headliner and even more at the side panels of the cargo area and behind the front seats. I shoved towels in everywhere so there was no rub areas with the interior. I was gonna get the wife to haul a tire or two but figured out how to haul it all in one trip so she didn't have to waste her time. IMG_6071.JPG IMG_6072.JPG IMG_6074.JPG

I also test fit a Gorilla 96643BDX Wheel Lock with the BG Forged wheel and it dropped perfectly into the machined recess (same angle and diameter) needed to fit. Only variables now will be the lug nut depth vs. stud length vs. wheel thickness.

Candy Burgundy center caps really pop !! I will try them out first but I am still taking the gloss black ones with me in case the red ones look weird. One can always swap them out at the next tire rotate and balance if needed.

Well done! Its definitely not easy to fit these large boxes with the meaty tires together. I had tried to fit two sets of boxes (2nd set being slightly smaller at only 20x8.5 and 20x9.5) when I took them to get ceramic coated but could not fit the last box. I tried all configurations and with the cover on the glass roof drawn back the boxes had the potential to slide into the top side headliner pieces. I didn't want the worry and ended up making two trips. Thanks for the layout advise!

Take some pics of the caps even if you don't end up keeping them on. I'm curious to see them on with our Rapid Red.

Added the word lengthwise for the three box position.

Gorilla 96643BDX wheel locks fit perfectly with the BG Forged wheel. Here are a few photos showing the candy burgundy center cap and Magnaflow 19515 exhaust. IMG_6154.JPG IMG_6151.JPG IMG_6156.JPG

Looks great! Maybe because the caps are such a small amount of red it looks like a perfect paint match in the pics. Nice touch!
