On the freeway, you're driving a steady, speed sport mode would not have any benefit or drive a feeling. For me , t's just the opposite, I enjoy sport mode around Town. The more aggressive shifts make it feel like a much lighter vehicle. When I'm on the highway I've played with eco mode or normal. The only reason I leave it in sport mode on the highway is cuz I love the way the dash looks.
