Recalls and malfunctions

Hey everyone, just had a recall of a rear linkage breaking and puncturing the fuel tank causing an explosion. Just making people aware !!! Also driver side heated seat stopped working and front camera stopped working. Turns blue. (Pic provided) Ford is trying to get the parts, but because of this past year and holidays they’re estimating another 3 to 4 weeks. They’ve had the car for three weeks already !!
Anybody else have any other problems with their car that we should know about?

The camera is a known issue and there is an active recall which is shared in the appropriate post.

on a related note, you may want to ask the dealer to update your Synch version while they have it just sitting there. Per your screenshot that is an older version. You can do it yourself, but if it is just sitting around at the shop you may want to ask them..

Thanks will do.. cars still in the shop for another two to 3 weeks

Can you show a pic of the newest version? mine is a 2021 so hoping it has the newest. The time I checked it said it had the newest update.
