Been running full syn since 1999 (started with Mobil 1), and 93 for about 10 years. As far as 93 in a Ford, the dyno results are out there and aren't really something to be argued about. You just have to decide if you want to spend the money on higher octane.

Steeda just recently did one on YouTube with an F-150, I think... But yeah, forum posts, videos, it's out there.
